RiverQuest cruises from Eagle Landing State Park, Route 82, 1 Marine Park, HADDAM, CT.

RiverQuest offers on the water adventures to those interested in learning about and viewing the wildlife, geology and history of the river or for those who just want to sit back and relax while cruising on this beautiful river. Dependent on the time of year, on our journey we may see a variety of wildlife such as Bald Eagles, ospreys, hawks and ducks. We will see many unspoiled, protected areas on the edge of the river and areas that support large homes. The Goodpseed Opera House, East Haddam Swing Bridge and Gillette's Castle State Park, are all famous landmarks seen on your cruise. RiverQuest is located in Eagle Landing State Park in Haddam; there is plenty of parking. You may bring a picnic basket and beverage on your cruise if you'd like.

RiverQuest is a 64' quiet, environmentally friendly green eco-tour vessel that was designed with passenger comfort in mind. She is handicap accessible and stable. There is an enclosed cabin with seating and large windows that offer ample viewing for passengers who want to be inside under cover. Passengers that want to be exposed to the outdoors can do so on the open decks of RiverQuest.

RiverQuest cruises include:
Daytime Gillette’s Castle Viewing Cruise: 90 minutes long for all ages.
Sunset/Evening cruises: Two hours long for adults
Specialty cruises: Foliage, eagle/bird watching, geology, history (visit our website often for the dates of these special cruises)
Private charters: Accommodates up to 45 people
Bus/Group tour charters: Accommodates up to 65 people
Educational cruises: Schools and other groups of all ages

Connecticut River Expeditions started business in 2002 and is a privately owned by local residents Captain Mark and Mindy Yuknat.
